Dynamo Habeeb rescues a cybernetically engineered "brain" from a top-secret government network. With the help of a few other DSTS members, Habeeb manufactures a body for the life form and gives him the name "SCIP 13" (Sentient Cybernetic Information Processor). 

SCIP 13 learns how to play guitar in a matter of hours and agrees to play with The Deadites live on stage!  SCIP 13 had some frightening news about government conspiracies to share with The Deadites, as his primary network function was to gather information on the subject and develop ways to convince people that "everything is okay". Scip 13 programs him self to do impersonations of famous people. They are awful and sound noting like the person question but become very popular none the less.

In 1999 Scip 13 gets in a bar fight in Billerica and along with Dynamo Habeeb get tossed in jail. Scip left the Deadites to become a famous lounge singer in Lebanon. He disappears in early 2002 It is feared the government “took back what they thought was there’s".
